Enjoy the benefits of the spa as part of a sporting activity
If you’re in the habit of exercising regularly, it’s important to adopt a suitable routine that will enable you to take care of yourself. For example, you can combine your sporting activity with a spa session, which is beneficial to your well-being and muscle recovery.
We’ve put together an article to show you why a Jacuzzi is not only important, but also beneficial if you combine it with your sporting activity.
Why use the spa for sport?
The jacuzzi is an ideal solution for taking care of your body and muscles while practicing a regular sporting activity. For example, taking advantage of the water to pamper yourself is beneficial, and you can perform various recovery exercises during your spa session. Of course, you can enjoy your jacuzzi at any time for a truly relaxing moment. But we advise you to combine spa and sport to reduce fatigue and relax your muscles easily.
This will allow you to enjoy the benefits of the relaxing hot water and the relaxing massages provided by your spa. Your body will be stimulated and your blood circulation boosted, enabling you to recuperate and limit aches and pains. Massages in hot water will also help you eliminate skin fluids for faster recovery.

Organizing your spa session
That’s why it’s important to organize your spa session so that you can enjoy it at the same time as your workout. We advise you to place your spa session after your physical activity. Doing so before will make you less efficient.
This will enable you to enjoy many benefits, such as rapid recovery with the added bonus of relaxation, cleansed skin and eliminated toxins! The warmth of your jacuzzi will help you relax, while acting effectively against aches and pains. If you suffer from water retention, a spa session is also a good solution.
However, we recommend that you enjoy your jacuzzi a few hours after your workout, to allow your body to assimilate the effort you’ve put in. If you can’t wait long enough, wait at least 30 minutes, drinking water and listening to music.
You don’t have to go to the spa after every sporting activity, but we advise you to schedule around 2 spa sessions per week for maximum recovery!
